Welcome to RankBot. By accessing our platform, connecting your social media accounts, or using our automated SEO and publishing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Security & API Integrations

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and API connection settings.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the explicit authorization to connect and publish content to the social media profiles linked in your dashboard.
• Unofficial Integrations: If you use unofficial or session-based credential login flows (such as Instagram Unofficial), you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk regarding third-party platform terms of service.

3. Content & Compliance Guidelines

You retain ownership of all content you submit through RankBot. However, you strictly agree not to use our automated tools to generate or distribute:

• Spam, malicious code, or deceptive links.
• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or violent content.
• Material that violates the Intellectual Property rights of any third party.
• Content that violates the developer policies or community guidelines of connected platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok).

4. Limitation of Liability

RankBot provides automated tools "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific search engine ranking/social media engagement results. We are not liable for any account suspensions, shadowbans, or data loss resulting from API modifications or platform algorithmic changes enforced by third-party social networks.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RankBot immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use or engage in behavior that compromises the stability or reputation of our infrastructure.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
