• Account Information: Your name, email address, and billing details when you register.
• Connected Account Credentials: OAuth tokens, access tokens, profile identifiers, and (where explicitly provided for unofficial flows) login credentials necessary to publish content on your behalf.
• Content Data: Text, images, videos, and URLs that you queue, generate, or schedule for publishing through our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Operate, maintain, and optimize the automated features of RankBot.
• Authenticate and maintain secure connections to your social media accounts (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Publish scheduled content and track performance metrics as requested by your account configurations.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party API Services

RankBot integrates with various third-party platforms. By using these integrations, you agree to be bound by the respective terms and privacy policies of these providers:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Data handled via Meta Graph API.
• X (Twitter): Data handled via X Developer API.
• LinkedIn: Data handled via LinkedIn Developer Platform.
• TikTok: Data handled via TikTok For Developers API.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or connected account data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures. All third-party API credentials, secrets, and authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted securely via HTTPS.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your integration tokens and account data for as long as your account remains active. You can disconnect any social media provider or request full account deletion at any time through your user dashboard, which will instantly purge all associated API tokens from our database.
